We could attach the 2nd earth to our earth so it follows us in our orbit and populate the 2nd earth with jails. What do think of this idea ?

Building a second earth is a very imaginative idea. However, we don't have enough resources, like lumber, food, water or minerals, and most importantly, FUEL to support our own planet for much longer, so building and supporting a second planet is impossible. It is true that crime and overpopulation of prisons are problems for nations all over the world, but your idea really just could not be physically possible. Good question, though!
