He always flirts with me whenever i'm around him. Most of the time he's in the office so i dont get a chance to talk to him alone and his other friend is opposite him. He said today something like 'i dreamed about you last night',then they both kinda laughed,what does this mean?he acts like he fancys me and when i told him i hadnt got a bf he looked surprised. Is he playing with me or is he trying to tell me something?

Ask him directly, on a date, or something. He could be hinting at something, and most likely is. Either he's too shy to make the first move or he wants a woman who will make the first move.
Personally I find it attractive when a woman wants someone and goes for it.

He likes you. I find that guys behave like this when they have a ten ton crush on you. One thing though, when push comes to shove like when things start to get hot he may not know what to do. I'm in that same kind of situation. The guy flirts relentlessly with me and now we are closer than we've ever been in months and now he's a flaming wreck!!! Am not sure why. Confused about the next step maybe. Guide each move with this guy carefully my friend because you need to be on the same page with him. If you like him, the last thing you need is to misread what he's feeling and thinking and then he's turned off. Good luck there and I hope all goes well.

I'd be a bit careful, really. I've fallen for a few guys who are flirts by nature and weren't ever interested in the first place.
I'd still be ready for him to make a move. It sounds like he likes you. But if he is taking forever to ask you out(or soesn't have the guts), don't be afraid to mingle with some other gentlemen.

I'm with LT! This guy is after one thing. If he liked you, he would ask you out. The fact that they both laughed tells me there is some kind of inside joke and it could be you. watch out.

Girl, you gotta be on your P's and Q's with these men. He only wants want one thing and you know that. Don't allow him to play with you like you're some toy. You like the attention but he's not worth your time.
