What type of horse shows? Hunter, western, dressage, roping, etc.
The absolute best place to look is the Horseman's news. It is a monthly magazine that each state has with listings of all the shows for the next 3 months. Any tack store should have it.
You can also call or go to local tack stores and see if there are any shows posted having to do with your discipline. Whenever our stable ran a show, we would always list in both the Horseman's news and at every tack shop.

There are many. Are you talking about minature horse shows, cart pulling horse shows, large horse, horse shows, or what? You need to add a little more information to your question.
