Okay. I'm having trouble remembering stuff, like when I read, or when someone says something like instructions.

Is there an FREE program or website to give me techniques on doing this. I also, kinda, do not understand what I read.

Can you help?

This website (at the bottom of this) will tell you where you can take a course or two that should help you.

As far as techniques to help you remember and learn, be sure to look up words that you do not understand, or have someone explain them to you. Also, use definitions of words in sentences of your own, until you understand how to use the words.

One tends to go "blank" mentally if going by words not understood. If words are not understood, then concepts are not understood.
