If you want it stronger, just add more coconut rum than O.J.
Or you can put in a little regular rum, as well as coconut rum.

Pinapple juice, ice, coconut rum and blend into a smoothy
Even just piapple juice and the coconut rum is good. I personally love smoothy/slushie drinks.

Pineapple, Coconut, Banana Rum Delight:
10 min 10 min prep
20 servings
1 large punch bowl
15 ounces of cream coconut milk
20 ounces pineapple chunks
46 ounces pineapple juice
10 ounces frozen limeade concentrate
2 liters carbonated lemon-lime beverage
8 ounces grenadine
1 liter cruzan banana rum
1 liter seltzer water (optional)
1. Place milk and pineapple chunks in blender and blend to mix the milk into the pineapples. This will have a slight chunky texture.
2. Place in a very large bowl or pot with all the rest of the igredients except for the optional selter.
3. Mix and pour into 3 gallon freezer ziplock storage bags. Freeze overnight.
4. Place into a punch bowl the icy mixture. You can add the optional selter if it`s to strong or to sweet for you. I kept it on the side for my guests to have an option to add if they want.

My personal favorite is Malibu rum, Alize Bleu, pineapple juice and Sprite. Mix equal parts of the Alize and Malibu, splash of Pineapple and finish with Sprite. YUMMY!

Mai Tai or Luscious Lemonade (make lemonade, just add rum) are really good.
