when i play a movie, they are so quite, everything else is loud, very oud. but movies are at like 30% volume. i tried different players, all the same? is it a driver or somtheing?

If you are running Windows, on the bottom right hand corner of your screen in the taskbar, there should be a small speaker icon. Right click on it, select Open Volume Control, make sure your Volume settings are all turned up.

Check your task bar on the very bottom of your screen on the right side and increase the volume.
If that doesn't help then click on "Start" then click on "Control Panel" and then go to "Sounds and Audio Devices" and increase volumen there.
