the custodial parent filed child support and only put her in school for 3 month just to prove to child support she had her with her, and took her out of school and send her to mexico with her grandma...

As long as the custodial parent is the court ordered payee-and the grandmother in Mexico is not filing for redirection of payment, there is nothing you can do. The courts will *assume* that the mother is forwarding support to the grandparent. However, if the grandparent files for support, the agency handling this matter will take the matter back to court.
You WILL be able to report her for welfare fraud with Human/Family services if she is receiving PUBLIC WELFARE benefits for a child who does not reside with her.

Call the division in charge of Child Support in California. They will tell you if they have a fraud hot line or can transfer you directly to an investigator.

Call Child Supprt Services and also report her to the local DYFS/cild protective services,they too can help with this.

Dam Mexicans robbing the system they give them pamplets in Mexico on how to defraud America before they come across (ive seen it its true ) I guess call Distict Attorneys office and ask them what to do they probably wont do nuthing thou they probably Mexicans too
