What qualifies one for rulership is one's ability to serve the natural needs of those under one's rule.

"Rulership" is an active principle. The male represents the Active Principle in Nature. The female represents the Potential Principle in Nature.

The Active "serves" the Potential, and the Potential "rejuvenates" the Active.

Man is the Natural Ruler (Servant), whereas Woman is the Natural Beneficiary (ideally) of Man's Rule, and provides Man a "reward" or "rejuvenation" in return for his Service.

If woman attempts to rule "over" man, this upsets the Natural Balance and Order.

At the great risk to my own life and possibly my own bodily safety here, I'll answer that for you. If you were to go and read the book II Timothy, chapter twelve(two maybe?), verses one through I think 18, you'll find the answer. To paraphrase and shorten the answer for you it is this: Women(because of good old Eve, Adam's wife) are to be silent, meek, obedient, and NOT to speak in the church PERIOD!!!! This includes ruling OVER another man or men, excluding there own sons. But, that ruling over their own sons basically holds only until their sons move out or get married! Their sons must still obey the commandment to honor their mothers and their fathers though! There's no getting around that one!

There isn't a "God's" view on woman ruling man any more than there is a "God's" view of man ruling over woman, in the Christian bible.

What there is, is a "This is what we tell you that GOD says is man and woman's role" view.

The woman came out of a man's rib.
Not from his feet to be walked on.
Not from his head to be superior, but from the side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected and next to his heart to be loved.

Here's what the Bible says:

1 Timothy 2:11-14

11 A woman should learn in quietness and full submission.
12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent.
13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve.
14 And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner.

The bible is very old fashioned.

Life doesn't reflect what the author saw with his eyes in these modern times. I'm sure he (god) is very amused watching us make the same fundamental mistakes over and over. somebody needs to re asses and upgrade the bible ,but staying true to its morals and truths.not just rearranging it to suit our needs, but allowing for the horrendous events that have shaped how we are today.
