Medical Expenses
Property Taxes (Real and Personal)
State Income Taxes
Home Mortgage Interest
Charitable Contributions
Unreimbursed Employee Expenses

For 99+% of people, the mortgage interest is usually the biggest so, unless you own a home and have a mortgage, you probably won't have enough to itemize.

It doesn't matter what Turbo Tax says, deductions are determined by tax law. "large ticket items" are not deductible. Dry cleaning is only deductible if the items being cleaned of work cloths that are not suitable to ware outside of work.
