How long should a coconut cream pie chill before serving?

I'm making it for my boyfriend and he's coming tomorrow afternoon - I'm thinking of just making it tonight and letting it chill overmight...any suggestions?

Overnight will be just fine. You may want to lightly cover it so it doesn't pick up any refrigerator odors. Happy eating.

The recomendation is over night but the fine print is at leat 12 hours

the recipe i use says, chill for 3-4 hours so overnight would be just fine. good luck and enjoy!
