I grew up in church. Got baptised at a young age I went through the motions. I thought I knew who the Lord was, but really I didn't know the Lord Jesus. I went to this church camp called Disciple Now and It really made me question what I believe. Do I believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God? The answer was no. So, I prayed to the Lord and said "Lord please reveal yourself to me". I prayed this prayer for about a week (Jesus said ask and It will be given to you; Seek and you will find it). Finally, one night I was up late thinking about the Lord's death and I started crying. I found myself in tears and at last I believed. I remember It was a powerful night. Knowing that It was God on the cross and knowing he died for me in this way. I think having a testimony of you coming to know Jesus Christ is important because you need to have an experience with God in which you first believed. You were sealed with the Holy Spirit at that time in your life.

1 John 19-20 We know that we are children of God and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one. We know also that the Son of God has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true--even in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

I gave an affidavit of Jesus Christ. purely those whom Jesus has finished something for may have an affidavit. I testified how Jesus got here into my existence, opened my religious expertise, enabled me to renowned Him as God, and gave me faith to believe in Him as my Saviour and Lord. My scripture verse to bypass alongside with my testimony replaced into 2 Cor 5:17 "for this reason, if any guy be in Christ, he's a sparkling creature, previous issues are kicked the bucket, behold all issues are grow to be new." I nevertheless have a similar testimony as we talk, by the way. i'm merely now somewhat older, and with somewhat of luck somewhat wiser, yet with out question a lot in the route of being with Jesus than when I first believed.

My testimony is ongoing and continual and I grow more and more closer to the Lord each passing day.

Between 16-19 had severe mental and emotional issues

I accepted the Lord at 16 and became saved. At 20 I rededicated my life 3 months to the day I met my husband

My 20s were a time of joy and going places and doing things and being involved in ministry.

I am now in my 30s and realizing my self righteousness was getting me nowhere fast. I am calmer, more mature more focused and I don't need to be in the "center of attention" like I used to be. My husband became a Deacon of our church before we moved away.

My testimony is that He is all there is and He is all we need.

My testimony is that HE has been very real to me for the last 24 years of serving HIM. It is very cool that I received my prayer language, in which I pray in private and sing in, at 20 years of age. I know there is no way that I could manufacture that language from my head nor the peace I get from it. I also get peace even when the times are at their worst because I ask HIM to take away the bad feelings such as depression or jealousy.

Grew up in a Baptist household
Got baptized not once, but twice, still didn't feel the "Spirit"
Learned to think for myself and studied up on Christianity and other religions
Made the choice that Christianity was not the path I was to walk, so I left to become a seeker
After years of seeking I decided to follow the path of Wicca.

I struggled for years with the free gift of salvation. I couldn't grasp the simplicity of it. It is a free gift the God gives us if we would just believe in Him and accept it. I finally understood it when I was 18 yrs old and Jesus saved my soul. I have never doubted it since. He walks with me daily and gives me peace to deal with the trials of this life. I appreciate you man, God bless.

I would testify of Christ this day in saying that He lives. I have felt the Spirit of our Heavenly Father testify to me of His sanctity and divinity. I know that without Him, none of us can return to live with our Father in Heaven, He has truly taken away our reproach. Through His sinless life He was able to take upon Him the sins of man and pay for each one of our sins individually, so that He would be able to nurture each one of us individually in our time of need. Without His perfect life He could not have taken upon Him our sins, because He would have come under condemnation for His own. I have prayed to know these things, and the Spirit of our God has witnessed them to me through it soft and suttle whisperings.

I am grateful that I have a testimony of my Savior everyday, because it gives me strength to persevere through life's trials and is a guide to me in all things.

I didn't know whether you wanted a testimony or a conversion story, so I just gave a condensed version of my testimony of the Savior.
