i usually excersise everyday and eat right,but for the kast 7 days i have been binging on junk food and overeating,how much weight could i have gained cause my scale says 130(i binged right now) but i was 120pounds 7 days ago.How can i lose all this weight???im 5ft7 and im 17 years old

Successful weight management depend on sensible goals and expectations.

First you need to identify the cause of your overeating. A compulsive overeater cannot control over eating under stress, emotional conflict and or even by daily problems. This results in gaining weight.

Go back to eating sensibly and doing moderate exercise.The weight will drop back down. Do not forget to drink plenty of water. Do not beat yourself over the binging. You might want to think about why you were binging and see if you can find other more positive ways to deal with whatever emotions or events caused you to bing. If you find you are binging often and you cannot seem to stop, see a physician or counselor. Binging can become a life threatening habit.

Just stop the binging....eat 3 regular size meals and 2 snacks per day. The meals should include leafy vegetables and the snacks should be fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, carrots, celery, etc. something healthy. You are young...it shouldn't take anytime to lose the weight...also if you drink a lot of soda limit yourself to one a day and drink water or sugarfree tea sweetened with splenda or sweet-n-low.

if you just ate then weigh yourself again tomorrow morning. right now you are weighing yourself and the food in your stomach. if you stop the binging and get back on your healthy diet and exercise it will come off quick.

just exercise a little more than normal.
