No, they expect 'real' money.

If your PayPal account has some money in it, them I suggest transfer it to your Bank a/c and pay the Credit Card from the Bank a/c.

If the PayPal a/c has no balance, then all you are doing is paying one Credit card with another one.

This is the same as a Balance Transfer (except PayPal will take 3% comission).
