It really depends on the size of the filling. If it's a one surface filling (decay on only the top or one of the 4 sides of the tooth) then, yes, that is pretty expensive. However, if the decay covers several surfaces, than it is not uncommon to spend that much for a filling on a single tooth.
I don't know if this would make you feel any better but if it is a very large filling that needs to be done, be happy your dentist only wants to do a filling. He could suggest a crown which could cost $800 and up!

Leaving the country would desire to be the concentration, not the positive. If human beings could not have the money for the expenses to come returned in legally, what makes Washington think of that they are in a position to pay those new fines? it will purely keep human beings underground, and clean up not something. in line with possibility a greater useful answer would be to allow criminal immigrants to make a deposit, of say, $500, and whilst they get right here, make customary money over the subsequent 3-5 years to pay the immigration expenses in finished. that could make greater experience, greater conceivable, and inspire human beings to do issues the appropriate way.

I have a dental discount plan that I use and and with my plan a single filing cost me anywhere from $60 - $85 my filing cost, saving me over 60% off the regular price.

That is very ridicious. I would go to another office. That is way to much for a filling. I had a wisdom tooth pulled by an oral surgeon and it wasn't even near there. That's just crazy.

I think it is too much. I paid $175 for one. Did they take X-Rays though? That might explain the higher price.
