I workout with weights,but I use light weights.I have stop lifting weights for 2 weeks and the pain returns.what can i do?

i think it may be tennis elbow. if it is i know how you feel. just suffer goodluck

I developed a very sore elbow after hip replacement surgery. My arm is almost unusable. I have a "first thing tomorrow appointment" ...my third in three months for what the surgeon is calling tendonitis. I have a brace to wear but it makes my arm and hand swell. I think I need x-rays to find out what's really going on. I am still on a walker because my hip surgery wasn't successful due to a damaged stabilizer muscle. I cannot go on walking and putting pressure on the walker with my left arm. My advice is find a doctor who will take you seriously. If I don't get help tomorrow I will be finding another doctor.
