You're gonna get a different answer from every guy, so I'll just chime in with mine.
My ideal woman would be confident not sassy; intelligent without being esoteric; refined but not bourgeois; and have something she believes in. (A woman without hope is sad.)
Physically, she'd be pleasing to my eyes, not afraid to get her hands dirty and just as comfortable whether she has sand between her toes or in high heels. She should be clever and can effect a wicked evil grin. She could be curvy or slender, short or tall or any color under the sun.
What makes her perfect is that she would be mine.

She needs to have a great personality. She needs to be able to communicate and not hold thingss in. She needs to be able to love me and allow herself to be loved. She has to be honest with me and herself. And most of all she has to be faithful if we are in a relationship.
The physical stuff doesn't matter much. Of course I need/want to be attracted to her but I'm not gonna say I won't date a girl that has this or dosn't have that. As long as I find her attractive in my own way I could care less what anyone else has to say.

Kind, caring, funny, sarcastic, witty, spontaneous, good in bed, brilliant, motivated, devoted and fun.
And heck, if we're going to make her truly ideal, she is independently wealthy and has a twin sister.
