My family loves Lasagna, but every time I cook the noodles I always screw them up. Either they tear up or they are not done enough.

When cooking the noodles I always bread them in two and cook them for 15 min ,Then they are done. Lasagna noodles always tear for me anyway, I do not think that anyone would notice that they are riped. They will be layered. Enjoy your Lasagna.... I usually buy the oven ready noodles They do not need to be cooked. But I cook them that way it does not take as long in the oven to bake...

Do not boil the noodles. Put your lasagna together in layers with lots of sauce. The noodles will soak up the sauce and cook in this liquid.

boil the noodles for about half (maybe a little more) the time you normally would, then bake them with a whole mess of sauce and cheese. The sauce will continue to cook the noodles and some of the flavor will soak into them as well.

Put a couple tablespoons of oil in the water you boil the pasta in and drop the lasagna sheets one at a time. Cook them only until they bend, extra sauce and/or water from Ricotta cheese/spinach will help fully cook the pasta.
