Most all of them id say oranges (vitamin c)
Blueberries because they are antioxident.
watermellon because its mostly water and water is great for skin.and dried fruit is also good dried apricots,
dried cranberries(antioxident)

All fruits are good for your skin as well as vegetables and lots and lots of water. The best kind are fresh fruits, not canned or anything, and citrus fruits or others with high vitamin c content (mango, kiwi, oranges, grapefruit) are the best because vitamin c is of course good for your immune system which helps get rid of anything blocking up your skin and congesting it.

Fruits AND veggies are very good for your skin vitamin C and D are very good for your hair and skin. So is drinking a lot of water.

Yes - 100% fruit juices are great for your skin. Processed foods and drinks are bad.

Of course they are healthy for our skin, especially oranges(vitamin C), apples(multi vitamins), watermelons(replenishes water and vitamin C & D)
