well let's see, I bestow my own happiness onto myself. I enjoy the contemplative aspect of my mind. I recharge through the subtle breath that goes through my body. When I am around someone that seems pissed off or agitated, I'll try and spiritually heal them. I question things I do not know and try and be honest with myself about it. I try to be conscious of my relationship with others and myself, and gradually work towards becoming stronger, happier, and healthier every day. So I'd say it's pretty sweet.

Everything you or I do has the potential to be spiritual. Part of what makes us Human is our spirit. We are spiritual beings in material bodies. Thus whatever we do can affect the spirit.

You could ask what the most "religious" thing is that people do on an average day; but even that suggests that there are some things that are secular and some things that are sacred, when really there is much more overlap than people acknowledge.

On an average day, I would sit down read some of the Bible and pray. That is usually the best thing I can do in a day. On Sundays receiving the Eucharist and hearing the readings and homily is cool too.

I do yoga and I try to deal with life's little set backs from a spiritual point of view. It's funny you should ask, because I know lots of spiritual folks and then when something bad happens they collapse and act as if they have no idea how to handle it - so I try to practice what I preach I guess.

Peace!

I am attending Bible college and most of my day is spent in learning. I pray for other people several times a day, attend chapel every day but Mondays. When not in school I am a pastor and a missionary.

Listen to music (real music, not the canned crap on the radio), write/read poetry, learn more about art, read something that explains a facet of the universe, talk to my mother, do yoga, walk outside with my dog and see how happy he is to be alive, etc.
