whats a way that will help me lose 15 pounds in a month? how many calories should i be eating and how many calories should i be burning each day? i am 225 pounds by the way

Is not healthy try to eat less portions, drink a lot of water and exercise.

If you want to lose 15 pounds in a month, you're going to have to excersize like crazy. As far as what you're eating, it's plain and simple. Eat HEALTHY, and eat small portions throughout the day rather than big meals. Make sure not to eat before bed. Don't over-eat either. Make sure to eat breakfast.

Easy replace all whites (bread, pasta, pizza, etc) with vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, squash, etc) no butter or cheese eat small portions throughout the day then exercise do at least 30 min. a day of cardio non-stop, remember to pace yourself. Stick to these simple tips drink a lot a water and stay committed is the only way..good luck

When you stop drinking pop helps a lot, but i don't believe it will help you lose that much in that short of time.

It can be really dangerous to lose weight that fast!!

losing more than 2 pounds a week is NOT recommended, i suggest the south beach diet for long term dieting...

try to contract tapeworm or ebola, that's about the only way to lose that much weight in a month.
