Some people swear by Lean Cuisine and other prepared meals but many are high in sodium which can cause your electrolytes to become unbalanced and make you feel bad as well as retain water. It is more sensible to eat raw fruits or fruits canned or frozen in natural juices or water, low sodium raw or lightly cooked vegetables, small amounts of high fiber starchy foods, nonfat dairy foods, small amounts of lean meat and fish along with plenty of good old water. When exercizing, be sure to work a different part of your body each day. Taking a walk is one of the easiest and most rewarding exercizes you can find.

Probaby not. Lean Cuisine is processed food. I don't care what they say on the package. You need fresh fruit, vegetables, not some creamed stuff that you nuke and eat. Exercise is fine, but skip the Lean Cuisine and go for the fresh broccoli, carrots, fruit, etc. Much better and you can control the salt, etc that goes into it.

lean cuisine daily is a very processed nonfiberous vitamin poor type of diet. Also real expensive in the longrun. Why dont you cook up the equivalent of a lean cuisine yourself..using the amount of food the type of food but all fresh unprocessed ingredients. That is not real chicken in those things..its processed formed chicken meat that is designed to look like a chicken breast. There is no fibre and all of the vitamins have been cooked out.

depends on how many of them you eat. If you eat about 1200 to 1500 calories a day and also exercise, you should lose weight.
