Matthew 24:4-6
And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet."

It means that we are in the last days.

Christ warned us that in the End Times, many "false christs" and "false prophets" would arise. We can know who is or isn't the Real Christ by this: the True Christ will not touch the ground when He returns. This is how we will tell the real Christ from a fake. Even if someone comes in His name performing miracles that convince the whole world, if he is standing on the ground, he is a fake, and a representative of Satan. The Bible says that even Satan himself can make himself appear as an angel of light, so we must be cautious.

Doesn't surprise me one bit! This is what Jesus warned His disciples would happen in what He referred to as the "last days. It hasn't even BEGUN to get going yet! Just wait and SEE how many of these slitherers crop up! But understand this: When the real Christ returns, EVERY EYE SHALL SEE HIM!

He's a Johnny-come-lately. 20 years ago an attorney here in Milwaukee announced that HE was the second coming.

I'm pretty sure he was wrong, but perhaps he's just biding his time.

Then if anyone says to you, 'Behold, here is the Christ,' or 'There He is,' do not believe him (Matthew 24:23).

So if they say to you, 'Behold, He is in the wilderness,' do not go out, or, 'Behold, He is in the inner rooms,' do not believe them (Matthew 24:26).
