I use the following two websites:

http://www.calorieking.com/
If the information is available online, it will be available on one of those two websites.
Both are totally free and have an easy to use search facility. They have all nutritional information - calories, fat, sugar etc.

you can get all of this from weight watchers. I don't know if they have it online, but you can hit up local division. You don't have to join, you might just have to pay a few dollars for the book. Theirs is the best, I'm not a memeber but I have a book. It has everything from things you can cook, to fast food. Try that for starters.
