I never thought I did, but I just read our local paper and this guy that used to be the sheriff and was just PURE EVIL and ruined a lot of peoples careers and families was hit by a car! He wasn't killed or anything. I kinda feel sorry for the guy, but kinda don't if you catch my drift. Is that terrible?

There's no such thing as "pure evil" nor "pure good"... otherwise the person would have to do EVERYTHING in an evil manner... or be "good" 24/7... not logical.
Each person's karma is their own issue. You can try to dissuade them from acts you know will cause them or others harm and suffering, but you can only do so much. It's unkind to gloat over someone's karma coming to fruition.

Remember that we cannot account for any Previous Life Karma which could be affecting this current situation. However, his current life's misdeeds are very Obvious,,, for which he must Atone,,,eventually. This is the basic Law of Karma,,,Accountability for one's Actions,,,Cause and Effect,,,,Yin Yang,,,,Newtonian Physics,,,etc.
