You should increase the intensity of your workout if you can, but cutting calories is a more efficient way to reduce your weight (within reason, say to 1500 calories a day).
If you are interested in aerobic conditioning you should be exercising at about 80% of your maximum heart rate (maximum heart rate is 220-your age in years. eg if you are 20 your maximum heart rate is 220-20= 200)

It depends on how many calories you consume in a day. But burning 450 calories a day adds up over a week.
Think of weeks instead of days and it gets easier. That way if you do happen to splurge one day, you can adjust the next day and eat light.

Absolutely...experts suggest a calorie deficit of 250 to 500 calories per day in order to lose weight...you are within that range. Don't forget to drink your water and eat your fruits and veggies. Good luck!

Almost- you still need to do strength-building and flexibility exercises, in addition to the cardio. Try Pilates- it's an overall great work out.

Most likely you're doing more than 90% of everyone else on the planet. Let the mirror decide if it's enough.

Yea... I've done what you're proposing and it works out pretty well...
But try going a little crazy on the weekends because that'll prevent you from getting fazed with your plan.
