Having invented better way to manage credit card system, have not been able to get across to visa/mastercard.?

Can somebody tell me how should I go about it. How should I contact Visa / Mastercard & tell them about the better systems, I have invented to run the credit card.

Are you saying that you have a better way, and that you can't sell it? Have you thought about applying for a job at Visa or MasterCard, or one of the major issuing banks (Citi, Bank of America, Chase, etc...)
