a person can become a macho but not capable to lettin ur heart skip a beat
a person cn bcome good looking but not leave his soul that doesn't let u live away from him
a person can have the best outfits but not have the personality to which u would be flattered..!
unnatural things can b gained.....but these feelings can't happen with everyone~

The person is what's on the inside, honey...not what's on the outside. So, if you feel all of those positive emotions you listed, you probably care for him, but I'm not sure I would call it love!
