my daughters friends did something to our digibox (games or something) and now we dont have channel 5 and a few others... no amount of resetting the box fixes the problem, and there doesnt seem to be an "add channel" option... HELP

go to installation and do an auto search, this will bring them back in the original order !

On some digiboxes there is an option to delete channels, but by rescanning, installing new channels, the deleted channels usually return.
Go to this site and select the model of digi box for support.

you may need to call the service people that gave you the box(comcast,knolegy,time warner etc.) and have them walk you through the fix this most likely is fixed without having a person come out

you need to look on the remote for menu or setting basically you are looking to scan for channels and it will get them all back.
