If you mean what's the translation of the word in hebrew and how to write it then it's:
לשקוד
להתמיד
but if you just want to write the word persevere in hebrew letters but in English pronunciation then it's : פרסביר

Psalm 119 is an acrostic that goes through the entire Hebrew Alphabet in order. Above each paragraph is a Hebrew letter, each sentence in that paragraph starts with that letter of the Hebrew Alphabet (this gets lost in translation of course). The poem is all about the word of God, the Scriptures, whether referred to as laws, ordinances, statutes, etc.
