My boyfriend and I are going out 4 months, he says he's ready to go all the way, I am too... But I don't think he really is... Should I put aside my doubts and believe him or something else?

Wait a little linger. but in the meantime do other stuff with him without going all the way..............it might 'loosen' him up a bit

How old are you, first off? If you are under 17, I would say wait. If you're having doubts, then you are too young and both of you are not ready. If you are over 17, then I'd say it's really what you truly want. You're old enough to make your own decisions, and 4 months isn't really that long. If you want to face the consequences, whatever they may be, go for it. If you want to wait, and you tell him you want to wait, then you have probably made the right desicion.

Why rush into things. Men/boys often feel pressured into sex. Even more than girls. Men feel they must be the one to initiate intimacy so he is probably trying to read your body language and "vibe" to see if you are ready. If he thinks you are then he may feel pressured into intimacy even if he isn't ready. Four months is not a very long time to know someone. Have you communicated openly and honestly about your relationship? Do you feel it is progressing and going forward or that sex might be a band aid? All of these things need to be addressed out in the open before you are intimate with someone.

You should do what you want. Ask him calmly if he is really ready for it. I think that he is, or else why would he say it? Unless, he wanted just to impress someone. So just ask your boyfriend, what he really wants to do. And if he takes it as a joke, than maybe he's not a true boyfriend. Remember, there's a lot of fish in the sea.

How old are you? Second, once you go all the way then there is a chance he may ditch you. Don't give yourself away!!! Four months of dating is not long enough... Once you go all the way then is nothing left for him to imagine about you. Keep on dating and see if that's all he wants. Don't sell yourself short. Other girls are more than willing to do that!!!

Sit down with him, really ask him, be serious, try and get his true feelings. Tell him that if he isn't ready, it's fine with you and that if he does something he's not ready for, he might really regret it in the long run.

Just be sure he is mature enough to handle the relationship after you do take it all the way. Trust me, I know from experience, you dont want a guy thats gonna run around and tell everybody after the fact, especially if its you very first time

don't believe a single guy who is alive out there, including me. we are all immature folks who just want to live life for fun until its too late. so trust your instincts, talk to your parents or elders or someone who is closer to you but has a lot of experience.
