My bangs like to go sideways and not against my forehead like I want them to. I have very curly hair because I am half black. Even if I straighten them with my straightening iron to stay down, they are poofed at the roots and it looks really stupid. HELP ME!

If you have the ultra curly, kinky hair, you may want to get it relaxed (most salons can provide a gentler process to prevent damaging your hair). It is important not to fight your natural texture. Some times hair just doesn't want to do what you want it to (my bangs part on one side so I have to wear them that way.). Talk to you hairdresser, maybe you need a new cut with layered bangs that are easier to manage. Good luck.

You could try using a little pommade. It really helps to keep hair where you want it.

you could try to clip them at the side or.. something like that. or clip them with a bobby pin at the top of your head by just pulling them up and clipping them at the top.
