As long as both parties are of legal age then it's all good in my book. But here's the thing you have some young women and little girls that get attention from older guys that are looking for one thing. I know that this is going to sound crazy but it just a little better when an older woman is involved there is a greater chance that the women is not thinking the same what that a older man is on. The older guys are usually the ones trying to make that younger lady/ girl their love slave or something.
Again I'll say as long as the two people are of legal age then it's all good.

You should put more detail to your question? Whats the age difference here? Are we talking Grave digging age? (20 year old girl, 70 year old billionaire) or are you talking about to catch a predator age? (6-16 year olds and sick sick people)
Whatever, I'm gonna go answer the ladder.
There is such things as being too young. I mean teenagers and some young adults may think they're in love but at that age they're polly too inexperienced to know what love is, and often people will take advantage of that.

Until you're 18, if you're parents tells you to stay away from that man, chances are they're just trying to protect you. Unless the person they're referring to is black, then your parents are probably racist.

Hi, Lolipop. How are you? I hope real fine. Now allow me to explain.

Age does matter... If age never mattered, then I guess a 25 year old guy could date a 7 year old girl because age shouldn't be a problem, especially since they both love each other...

Let's put this in a different way. A 93 year old man should be able to date a 18 year old girl because they love each other and age has nothing to do with it... If you agree with me, then yes, age doesn't matter. if you think it is wrong and age does matter, then I agree with you, too, sweetie.

It really shouldn't, honestly...

UNLESS, it is illegal for them to couple in your area... someone under the age of consent does not need to be getting with a 30 year old man anywhere...

I've seen FAIRLY successful relationships between 21 year olds and a 33 year old before...

You do have to think about it though... down the road, when you're 45 or so and still got that Mature but kinda Hot thing goin on, he's gonna be 57, and probably not so hot.

Just some things to consider... also, you're at different stages in life, but that can be overcome if you really love one another.

When it comes to love, age does not matter as long as you are both over 18 years old. Socially, age differences can be an issue but as long as both people are happy and can handle the criticism, go for it.

First, these 2 people who love each other need to be adults.

With that said, the age factor only comes into play if those 2 people let it. It may be "sexy" for a 56 year old man to have a 22 year old trophy wife. But when she is 42 and in the prime of her life, he could be dead!

Loli- you are 13 years young. You have several more years to mature. I know, girls mature faster than boys. Don't let one talk you into the sack. If he is older than you (and more mature) then he will be willing to WAIT for you to grow up. If the person is MUCH older than you, you should ask yourself what the real attraction is to this person. Are you looking for a father figure?

Age DOES matter at this point in your life, it will until you are 18. At that point, age won't matter (unless you want to be involved with someone younger than you). Consider what could happen legally to a person you get involved with- do you really want someone to go to jail because of involvement with you? Think about it.

Use your brains to think, not your hormones.

age doesn't really matter, but maturity does... what if a couple were 6 years apart? 30 and 36 isn't bad at all, it's very normal.. but what about 13 and 19? Even if they claim love, they're not on the same maturity level at all, so that's when it definitely matters.

the only problom I see in it is in what couples I have known, Say she is 10 years younger... well he ages she is still wanting to go out do things and he is wanting to watch CSI. stuff like that. Or
when he is 50 she is 40 still she is wanting to get out
he is 70 she is 50 look at the differance between say your dad and your intrest. Depends on how many years apart Maybe. I am 52 and most men my age want to go home watch tv and I say hey lets get out and do something, where we are MOVING at least. Not that all men are fuds, Im sure some are still keeping up

As long as it's love, age shouldn't matter! But, if you're, say, 14 and he's 30, ok, that's not cool, but if you waited till you were 20, and he was then 46, that doesn't seem as bad. As long as you're not doing anything illegally, I say who cares about age!
