Ok so I'm tall and skinny and am pretty flat chested. Is there still ways I can dress and ways to do my makeup that will be sexy? Or am I just doomed to be looked over because of my small breasts......

Sexy is the attitude and what most guys don't like isn't small breasts but women's insecurity about them. If you look confident (not arrogant) just really stupid guys would care about that. I will post some pics and see by yourself whether a flat chested girl could be sexy.

There are lots of guys like me that tink small boobs are HOT!!! Would much rather have small and perky than big and flabby any day of the week!
