Call in Cesar Milan, the dog whisperer. I ran into a similar problem with my boxer, called in Cesar, and he had rehabilitated my dog in nothing flat. He taught me that the pack leader DOES NOT let his dog slide on his debts. Ever. A couple of TSST's! and a pinch on the neck and my dog was reaching for his wallet. Then I went on to win Cesar's Jeep in a card game, which is why you don't see him driving it any more.
