I really want to lose 30 pounds by june so that leaves me 3 months anyhow i am eating GREAT very healthy and am working out just fine do you think its possible i am 5/6 175 pounds and 27 years old???????

Yes...plenty of time...eat less than 20 g carbs per day...drink a lot of water and get a little exercise.

The pounds will melt of in no time.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

yes you can i had a friend she was 282 pounds and she lost 140 by the summer she had started in january she ate healthy limited her carbs and worked out by walking at least twice a day and when summer had come she looked way different she was under doctors orders and she saw nothing wrong with what she was doing she has kept it off for 3years now and i am on the same plan i need to lose 50 pounds bc iam a diabetic so i gave myself 6 months to get this done and at 2 pounds a week loss i am guessing at i may loss more but havent weighed myself yet it can be done .. anyways with determination and alot of willpower self discipline it can be done .. i'll be rooting for you and keep us informed on how you do...water is the key as well it helps flush you out....

OHH MY GODDD THATSS EXACTTLYY MEE lolol..I WANT TO LOSE 30 pounds by june and I AM 5'6 and 175 pounds LOL. thats funny..HELL YA you can do it!!..Just drink alot of water and do alot of cardio, and stay away from carbs as much as you can.
