Huh??? I was having a discussion with a mate of mine about weight. My mate is not a heavy fella.....?

more of a smaller build than most. The thing is we like each other so we didn't mind exchanging how much we weigh with each other. About 2 or so minutes later he said, "I'm huge". I didn't respond right away to his comment because I wasn't sure in which context of the conversation it fitted. He turned to me and said "You didn't understand a word of what I said did you"? I still looked at him blankly. What in heavens did he mean? Can anyone help here?

Just to add a note here, this fella is rather a sweet guy. His comment was not made in a negative or dirty kind of way. He's rather a shy one if you ask me.

...And he did comment that he knows he's not a fat or heavier kind of guy in terms of body weight.

Here's the context: He's saying his package is HUGE, which it probably isn't. (You know, his wedding tackle, his twig and two berries.)

Did he say it in a good way or a bad way? Maybe he meant parts were huge, but... I know my husband thinks he's fat when he's waaaaay skinnier than me, or even skinnier than average. More men are having issues with how they see themselves...

he might actually think he's fat... i have a friend who's one of the skinniest guys i know, and he's always talking about how he's so fat and how he needs to diet and all this stuff... he's ridiculous.
