Heaven is:- American salary, Chinese food, British house and Japanies wife.
and Hell is:- Chinese salary, British food, Japanies house and American wife.

You're close. The old joke goes,
Heaven is where, my police are British, my chef is French, my plumbing is American, my mechanic is German, my wife is Japanese, and my mistress is Italian.
Hell is where; my police are German, my chef is British, my plumbing is Japanese, my mechanic is French, my wife is Italian, and my mistress is American.

You have targeted it monetary wise but some how you compare it that way quite right. Heaven and hell was invented for people to live on a tight rope. An illusion of hope and a picture of fear. These were implanted by religions so people will not really live free and out of their control. Religions presented hell as the ultimate punishment of God to those who lived wrongly making Him the angry god. There is no specific place for both, they are both a stage of spiritual achievements or non-achievements of human activities with regards to their relationship with their creator. Heaven is a state of mind or consciousness after you have reached the level of spirituality that you are no longer within the cycle of ignorance that spins on birth, death and rebirth. Hell is when you are on the plane of life where you wander from ignorance to ignorance uncertain of the things that comes around like spinning wheels where the end is always to another similar chapter to go through.
