Me too! It's usually 2 servings, but if I'm stressed only 1.

A pint is only 1/2 a serving for me.

Cherry Garcia is my fav. I have to put on the restraints when I open a pint. Only a few spoonfuls at a time then back in the freezer. If not the whole thing is gone in no time.

It's crazy the amount the manufacturers deem a serving, to give caloric content. It's that way with many snack-type foods. Like I'm gonna count my M&Ms! Hah! A pint is about a quarter serving for my husband.

If you consider 4 spoonfuls as a serving, then I guess so.
