why does it seem that all boys care about in girls are there breasts???

well, because they're "boys"... teenagers just went through puberty and they have all this new stuff to deal with and discover, like hormones and girls and all that... obviously they'll be obsessed with boobs for a while... and if they hopefully mature, it won't be as important later on...

Yeah when we get older we interested in other stuff to like nice butts and sweet tight pu$$y along with the boobies.
