Yeah I am on a restricted diet for only a month and a half. Then I'm just maintaining. It's for work... pro cheerleading

I think they say about 30% can be from fat. Try to cut out as many refined carbs and sugars as possible and instead get your carbs and sugars from fresh fruits and fresh or frozen vegetables. Go to SparkPeople.com

You diet should be at least 20% calories from fat, and no more that 30% calories from fat, so on 1400 calories a day, you should be eating 31 to 47 grams of fat. Check out www.sparkpeople.com

It would depend. You need to check with a nutritionist and 1400 calories a day seems low unless you are some restricted diet.
