My favorite is the Muvico at Arundel Mills. They have 24 screens, you can get tickets at the kiosk in the mall so you don't have to wait in line, and there's plenty to do at the mall while you're waiting for your movie to start or if you're hungry after it's over.

I don't know about "the best", but I like Muvico 24 in Arundel Mills, right off Rte.100 in Hanover.

The Senator Theater on York Rd. Almost was lost to foreclosure a few weeks ago. Needs more theater goers to stay in business.

I would just go to yahoo/movies, put in the zip code or city and you will get a list of theatres and what's playing.
