Since two weeks ago, a small rough patch, of what appeared to be little tiny bumps appeared on the inside of my upper lip. Ignoring it, i found that the patch had developed on the inside of my cheek. Now, only a few days ago, the patch moved down to the inside of my bottom lip. They are all present as tiny bumps that accumulate together to form what feel like rough lesions to the tongue when passing over them.

I do not smoke, have no history of cancer (oral etc), i am healthy and young.

What is it?

If it is white and patchy as well, sounds like thrush, eat yogurt, take acidopholis tabs (keep these refrigerated after opening) and if it doesn't go away go to the doc for some anti fungal swish and swallow...sorry, I can't remember the name of that stuff, but it starts with an N...could be hand foot and mouth disease too...that's treated with antibiotics.

Sounds like you have thrush. A yeast infection that occurs in the mouth.

Could be oral herpes, or yeast, or an allergic reaction. I would definitly take the time to see my doc.

maybe you should go to the doctor instead of asking here. you're going to get answers like you're dying and crap like that. ok genius?
