I would like to see National(sun king),TWA,Pan Am(the first one of course-Pan Am 3 is a joke) Eastern, and Braniff would be nice to see again.

As you said the REAL Pan Am, would love to see a Clipper 747 again.
PSA, Midway, wouldn't hurt to have TWA back.

I remember when air travel used to be so much better (and I'm not even that old! Only in my mid 20s!) I remember - when I was little, of course - getting actual hot meals (free) on a 2 1/2 hour flight. My family and I used to go to Florida every year to visit (still do) and always used to take Eastern Airlines. They gave us all kinds of coloring books and playing cards and stuff. So I was obviously to young to know if it was really a good airline or not, but I have great memories of flying them when I was a little kid.
Oh... And I do remember this too... when I was about 5 maybe, the flight attendants let me and my sister, who's 2 years younger, make the flight announcements on board when we were getting ready to land. You'd never see that happen anymore. This was 20 years ago.
I now fly close to 100 times a year for business and I still love air travel though

Probably Braniff (which we called Brand X in the industry) was the best of those you mentioned, followed closely by TWA. Eastern stank to high heaven. They deserved to go under.
