You can carry as much formula as you think you'll need for the flight. I'd recommend taking the individual powdered formula packets as they take up less room and are premeasured-all you have to do is empty into the bottle and add water (which you can ask the flight attendant for). I'd also advise bringing a little more than what you think you'll need incase your filght is delayed.

Giving your baby a bottle during take off and landing can help their ears adjust. The sucking action will help 'pop' them and make your baby much more comfortable.
