Yes, cycling does help you lose weight. It works the legs, thighs and the butt. The diet that i think would go best with this is just cut out sweets and all the sugary stuff but, you don't have to stop eating them completly just not as much. Chicken, vegetables, wheat breads and protien is a good diet.

You can of course add more things but, im just making some suggestions. Just eat alot of the protiens to help feed your muscels and the protien will give you more energy when your working out. Don't forget to drink water and a lot of it. Hope this helps. :)

I really don't know what your saying, but, The only way to lose weight in a healthy way is to cut back on sweets, pop, breads and junk food. Just change the way you eat, how much you eat and what you eat. When going to the store, start looking at the calories and sodium in the items you choose. Stop eating out and start cooking at home. Its more healthier, you'll know whats in your food and its alot cheaper.

Cycling is a good start* It tones your butt, legs ...I would add walking into your routine...and some ab crunches...eat healthy..Chicken, fish, whole wheat (rice pasta breads) no sugars or whites(not white rice or flour or pasta or breads), popcorn, fruits, veggies, low fat yogurt...6-8glasses water a day........ No pop, chips, cookies, cakes, icecream unless low fat and in sml. portions.....once in a while have a small treat and enjoy it but don't over indulge -Hope this helps*
Keep on smilin*
