on line moovie. If I right click on the video window (player) a small window comes on saying adobe flash player settings ,about adobe flash player 9. So I assumed it is an embeded flash player and the streaming file is *.flv file.

1st of all you will need firefox... I have included the link below.
Then you will need an extension called unplug.
You will then be able to visit the site in firefox and click on the green fish in the top corner. This will allow you to download the file to your PC.
