You should take slow but not too slow. Tell him that he his cute tell him something that you like about him constantly, that's letting him know that you notice him. If he doesn't respond in a positive way or giggle or laugh he doesn't like you and move on!!!!! But if he does tell him to go somewhere with then make your move..

how do you know he deosnt like you ???? just go for a drink with a couple of friends and happen to sit near him and the usual stuff, do not overdo it, just show him ur interest, ask for kisses, it is a very good sign
