I used to use Neteller, but they do not allow USA players anymore. Click2pay does not allow you to withdraw. They say they "have temporarily removed the withdrawal option" this was over a month ago. I have looked into E-passporte, but They say you need to wait 10 days before funds from your checking account go to your E-passporte account. There must be a faster way.

epassporte.com is my favorite. You can instantly fund them with a credit card, and then you can cash out using the epassporte.com Visa card which works at any ATM, or you can use it in a store like a regular Visa card.

To the person that thinks the new law makes online poker illegal, you are completely wrong. The bill only made it harder to run an online poker site in the US, or for financial institutions to pay money to online poker sites.

The two people they arrested in New York were co-founders of Neteller and they are in trouble for moving money around, not for online gambling.

No one has ever been charged with playing poker online.

Online poker is very different from real poker, beware. Do not deposit all of that money, deposit the minimum because you will lose it all.

You can try Virtual City Poker, Aztec Riches Poker, Captain Cooks Poker and Poker Rewards. They are all good reputable sites and offer deposit and payout alternatives.

Party poker.

Careful, its against the law.

Edit: No, im pretty sure it was made illegal. In fact, one of the arguments that was made in defense by a.. senator? was that there should not be a ban on internet poker if there was also not going to be a ban on horse racing. As well, my father told me that they threw a couple of the guys in jail and arrested one of the CEO's of an overseas gaming company while he was traveling in the US. If I remember correctly, he was in Texas at the time.

Question, what does fult tilt poker and the banks have to do with laws that congress makes? You make it sound as if they are in charge of the situation.
