How exactly do oils help you stay healthy. what kind of oils should you be consuming, how much, and what are their specific benefits?

Eating too little fat can make you feel grouchy. Foods high in fat increase endorphins and make you happy. Endorphins are opiate-like chemicals that are the “feel good” neurotransmitters. To help keep your moods on an even keel, choose healthy fats such as monounsaturated fats found in olive oil, almonds and avocados. Avoid all trans fats. In fact, you'd be better off avoiding the foods that "used to" have trans fats, because food makers have just replaced them with a more harmful fat.

Additionally, the Omega-3 fatty acids found in seafood (especially salmon, lobster and shrimp), walnuts and olive oil may also help to reduce depression.

unsaturated oil should be used. these oil keep your body channel clean, smooth and health.the quantity of oil is depend apon body mass. if you want linthin then you have to consume a lot.
