...I HAVE had one nipple done...then took it out a year later...then went and got both done...so I KNOW I can handle that pain just fine...I want to get my "love button" (he.he) done...but I am SO scared of just how much it would hurt. Would it be like any other piercing, where it hurts like hell when it's first done, then the pain goes away? Or is it just agonizing forever and a half....?
*Please, I really only want answers from women who have had this done, or have some other experience with it! -Thanks!*

The 'love button' itself is not pierced. The clitoral hood will be pierced since its less risky.

As far as pain, no one can tell you how its going to feel. Everyone is different and its hard to compare the pain of one piercing to another. Full healing time is about 3 months average, but its easy to take care of, just avoid heavy play and oral contact to the area for about a month or so.

I had mine done (though took it out after a decrease in sensitivity) but it hurt about as much as getting my nipples pierced, which didn't really hurt at all. It was done and over with quickly and wasn't too bad. The area was sore for about a week, but tolerable. For me, it was a 3/10

Just be sure you take care of the piercing so you don't run into serious problems. Good luck.

About 1yr & 8 months ago, I went to Urban Art Tattoo in Mesa, AZ and got both nipples pierced, my "hood" pierced, and got a really cool musical tattoo on my lower back (exclusively my own design -- bars & the notes to a particular Beatles song, in a design that fits the curves of a woman's back). The piercings hurt like a "motha" but only about as long as it takes me 2 snap my fingers. The tattoo wasn't exactly painless either, but it did cover a pretty wide area. Tim did my tattoo & a guy named "Head" (you'll have 2 ask him the story behind that one) did the piercings. Both guys were totally 100% professional, experts at their craft, and just really cool people. It took "North America" about 1 yr (believe it or not & probably not typical of the average person) 2 heal, but "South America" healed pretty quick. I followed the sea salt instructions they gave me and heeded their advice. I never got an infection & bled little to none. When I felt I was healed enough, I changed the piercings problem free. "North America" was primarily pierced for looks and "South America" for feeling. (OH YEAH!) I later got my tongue pierced by a totally cool guy that I use to work with, who does PROFESSIONAL piercings. (Might I add that he's easy on the eyes! Yum!) Didn't even feel it. (Thanks Jeff!) Well, good luck if you decide 2 pierce "South America" and uh...well...um...you might want 2 test those batteries in your vibrator.....um..you know...just 2 see if..uh..they're still good & what not. (wink) Peace out, woman. "CaliModel"

No. i've got in simple terms never cared for piercings, on myself or an significant different. i'm pierced interior the classic way: one in each and each earlobe, so i'm able to placed on rings. it is sufficient for me. An previous female buddy of mine had a navel piercing with a small hoop. That, i did no longer concepts the two. I undergo in concepts getting hours of mindless entertainment flicking it lower back and forth as quickly as we laid in mattress.

OK, sorry, I have never personally had this done, but I was looking it up the other day becasue someone else asked about it. You generally do NOT pierce the clit itself, only the hood, and apparently it's one of the least painful piercings to have done. They also heal fast because there's a lot of blood flow in that area, as in 2-4 weeks.

here's a video of someone getting it done!

Pain is relative to each individual.

I dont like pain and i have a very low tolerance for it.. that is why even thinking of tattos and piercing is out of the way~!!!!!

Good Luck..

it hurts real bad for a few seconds then the pain is over. immediately after getting it done i only felt when i wasn't careful about crossing my legs or when washing it. it heals very fast and the pain while healing is minimal.

If you get it done, don't pierce the clitoris, but the clitoral hood. Clitoral piercings are actually very uncommon, I don't know of any woman who would want to mess with her clitoris itself

Pain is relative.

Some say it didn't hurt at all, others say they wanted to scream (or did scream!) It's hard to say which you will be.

you might risk losing all feeling "down there", or it could make your nerve endings hyper active so that when you do anything down there, then it will hurt from all of the pleasure. it sucks. please don't do it.
